# Cum interpretez un mesaj de bounce și ce fac cu el?

Un **bounce** (mesaj de eroare returnat) îți spune de ce un email nu a ajuns la destinatar. A ști să-l interpretezi te ajută să rezolvi rapid problema.

## 1. Găsește codul și mesajul

Un bounce conține, de regulă, un **cod SMTP** (de exemplu `550 5.7.1`) și un **text explicativ**, uneori cu un cod de furnizor (de exemplu `[TSS04]` la Yahoo) și un link către pagina explicativă de erori a furnizorului respectiv.

## 2. Stabilește dacă e temporar sau permanent

- **4xx** — temporar; serverul reîncearcă. Investighează dacă se repetă.
- **5xx** — permanent; trebuie să rezolvi cauza înainte de a retrimite.

## 3. Identifică tipul de problemă

- **Adresă inexistentă** (`550 5.1.1`) → elimină adresa din listă.
- **Autentificare** (de exemplu `550 5.7.26`) → verifică SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
- **Politică/reputație** (`550 5.7.1`) → verifică reputația, listele negre, conținutul.
- **Limitare de rată** (`421 4.7.28`, `[TSS04]`) → încetinește ritmul.

## 4. Acționează în funcție de cauză

Urmați pașii de mai jos: pentru adrese invalide, curăță lista; pentru autentificare, corectează înregistrările DNS; pentru reputație, verifică blacklisturile folosind [MXForge](https://www.mxforge.com/) și instrumentele de postmaster; pentru rate limit, aplică throttling.

## 5. Nu ignora bounce-urile

O rată mare de bounce-uri afectează  negativ reputația. Elimină constant adresele care returnează erori permanente (hard bounces) și tratează cauzele erorilor temporare care se repetă.

**Sfat:** Păstrează un „jurnal” al codurilor pe care le primești. Tiparul lor (același furnizor, același cod) indică, de obicei, exact ce trebuie reparat — autentificare, reputație sau ritm.
