Primul lucru de verificat este dac\u0103 eroarea este <strong>temporar\u0103 (4xx)<\/strong> sau <strong>permanent\u0103 (5xx)<\/strong> \u2014 reac\u021bia ta difer\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de asta.<\/p>\n<h2>Structura unui cod SMTP<\/h2>\n<p>Un cod are in general formatul urm\u0103tor: <code>421 4.7.0<\/code> sau <code>550 5.7.1<\/code>. Un <strong>cod de baz\u0103<\/strong> din trei cifre \u0219i un <strong>cod extins<\/strong> (de forma x.y.z), plus, adesea, un mesaj text explicativ.<\/p>\n<h2>Erori temporare (4xx) \u2014 \u201esoft&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cencep cu <strong>4<\/strong> (de exemplu <code>421<\/code>, <code>451<\/code>). \u00censeamn\u0103 \u201enu acum, \u00eencearc\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu&#8221;. Serverul destinatar am\u00e2n\u0103 (deferral) mesajul \u2014 de obicei din cauza volumului, a rate limit-ului sau a unei reputa\u021bii incerte. Serverul t\u0103u ar trebui s\u0103 <strong>re\u00eencerce automat<\/strong>. Rolul t\u0103u este s\u0103 rezolvi cauza (throttling, autentificare, pl\u00e2ngeri).<\/p>\n<h2>Erori permanente (5xx) \u2014 \u201ehard&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cencep cu <strong>5<\/strong> (de exemplu <code>550<\/code>, <code>554<\/code>). \u00censeamn\u0103 \u201erespins&#8221;. Mesajul nu va fi livrat prin re\u00eencercare \u2014 trebuie s\u0103 <strong>rezolvi problema<\/strong> (autentificare, adres\u0103 inexistent\u0103, blocare de politic\u0103) \u0219i abia apoi s\u0103 retrimi\u021bi.<\/p>\n<h2>Exemple rapide<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><code>421 4.7.0<\/code> \u2014 am\u00e2nare temporar\u0103 (throttling\/reputa\u021bie).<\/li>\n<li><code>550 5.7.1<\/code> \u2014 respins din motive de politic\u0103\/blocare.<\/li>\n<li><code>550 5.7.26<\/code> \u2014 respins pentru autentificare (SPF\/DKIM\/DMARC).<\/li>\n<li><code>550 5.1.1<\/code> \u2014 adresa destinatarului nu exist\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cum reac\u021bionezi<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4xx<\/strong> \u2192 las\u0103 serverul s\u0103 re\u00eencerce, dar investigheaz\u0103 \u0219i corecteaz\u0103 cauza dac\u0103 se repet\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5xx<\/strong> \u2192 nu retrimite \u201eorbe\u0219te&#8221;; identific\u0103 \u0219i rezolv\u0103 cauza indicat\u0103 de cod.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"note\">\n<p><strong>Sfat:<\/strong> Mesajul text de dup\u0103 cod este esen\u021bial \u2014 adesea con\u021bine un cod de furnizor (de exemplu <code>[TSS04]<\/code> la Yahoo) \u0219i un link c\u0103tre pagina lor de erori.
