\u00cen mediul shared, resursele serverului sunt folosite \u00een comun. De aceea, un script web nu poate ocupa resursele pentru o perioad\u0103 prea lung\u0103: limita implicit\u0103 max_execution_time<\/code> este de 120 de secunde<\/strong> (ajustabil\u0103 din cPanel \u2192 Select PHP Version \u2192 Options, \u00een limita serverului).<\/p>\n

Ca principiu general, o aplica\u021bie web care necesit\u0103 mai mult de 0,5\u20131 secund\u0103 ar trebui optimizat\u0103.<\/p>\n

Pentru cron job-uri, dac\u0103 durata nu este suficient\u0103, ai dou\u0103 op\u021biuni:<\/p>\n

  1. modific\u0103 scriptul astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 proceseze la fiecare execu\u021bie doar o parte din informa\u021bii (prin execu\u021bii repetate \u2014 ex. orar \u2014 se prelucreaz\u0103 treptat tot);<\/li>\n
