# Eroare Plesk: „Update operation was locked by another update process”

La **Tools & Settings → Updates and Upgrades** (sau la instalatorul din CLI) poți primi eroarea *„Update operation was locked by another update process"* — cauzată de un proces de instalare Plesk care rulează deja.

### Linux

```
ps aux | grep install | grep -v grep
kill <PID>
rm -f /tmp/psa-installer.lock
```

### Windows

```
wmic process where "caption like '%installer%'" get processId,caption
taskkill /PID <PID> /F
```

Alternativ, oprește procesul din **Task Manager → End task**, apoi reia actualizarea.
